Setting the Stage for Change: May 2024 will be a significant turning point for Clean Bite, LLC, which will be migrating to Clean Bite, Inc., a Delaware corporation established in March 2024. The transition is part of the increased international patented IP. What was made public in the fall of 2023 was that Clean Bite, LLC was issued U.S. Patent #11,730,144 in August of 2023 and, in September, had the patent Allowed in the EU and India.

European Patent 3923857 was granted on March 6, 2024. Subsequently, Clean Bite, LLC has filed in all of the following 25 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Check Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Slovenia.

The filings for India are complete, and the issuance of the country's patent is imminent for a total of 26 foreign patents and two U.S Patents, # 8,292,624 (Clean Bite™ I) and # 11,730,144 (Clean Bite™ II & III), respectively. While our first patent is exclusively for human use, Clean Bite™ II and III are for companion pets, but with alternative designs will be made applicable for human use. The alternative designs will enable applications to address the needs of young children in general, as well as people challenged physically and those identified on the autistic spectrum.

Longer range plans for R&D take in the usefulness of Clean Bite™ beyond oral hygiene into the comprehensive use as a delivery system for Pharmaceutical Active Ingredient (API), focused on the Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).

Clean Bite™ products are notably different in design and composition of their chemical formulations, and when combined, create IP that affords a broad application. Strengthening these iterations is the collaboration between Clean Bite, LLC and Livionex, Inc. of Los Gatos, CA., makers of LivFresh Dental Gel toothpaste. This dentifrice has outperformed the industry's former Gold standards. Among its accolades and verified test results, LivFresh is the only OTC dentifrice in the EU awarded a CE Mark recommended for preventing and treating gingivitis and periodontitis.

As Clean Bite, Inc. takes on an international expansion plan, manufacturing and distribution collaboration will be central to establishing a business model that best suits the entities involved. The recognition is that there are approximately 355M dogs and cats in the U.S.A. and EU (healthforanimals.org). In addition, the population of those countries where Clean Bite™ products have patent protection is on the order of 2.25B people, which is a testimony of the caliber of those companies with whom we desire to collaborate.
